I created this 12 week training program specifically designed for women looking to jump start their fitness routine. During the three month program, you will focus on building base strength and endurance, and then challenge those fundamentals to transform your body.
I’m only able to help a limited number of people at a time, so stay tuned for information about the next round!

THE WORKOUTS
I created this program based on the workouts I found most effective including strength training, plyometrics, cardio challenges, and HIIT workouts. You don’t necessarily need gym access (although it is preferred) for this program, but you will need a couple kettlebells and multiple sets of dumbbells for the various exercises.
